These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JZYPCB website jzypcb.com and any products or services you order from us. By using our website or submitting a quotation request, you agree to these Terms.
1. General
JZYPCB is a supplier of printed circuit boards (PCB) and related electronic manufacturing services, cooperating with ISO 9001 & UL certified production facilities. References to "we", "us" mean JZYPCB ([Your registered company name]).
2. Quotations and orders
- A quotation is an offer based on the design files and specifications you provide. It is not binding until we issue a written confirmation and you accept it.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the design files, dimensions, materials, layer counts and finishing options you supply.
- Prices, lead times and availability are subject to change; confirmed prices are stated in your written quotation.
- All orders are subject to final acceptance and confirmation of payment terms.
3. Design files and intellectual property
- You retain all rights to the design files and data you submit. We use them solely to produce your order and will not use them for any other customer's products.
- You warrant that you own or are authorised to use any design you submit, and that its manufacture does not infringe the rights of any third party.
- Upon request and where technically feasible, we will delete design files once your order is complete and any agreed retention period has passed.
4. Manufacturing and testing
- We manufacture to the specifications in your confirmed quotation, within normal industry tolerances.
- Unless otherwise agreed, boards are produced and tested according to standard industry practice and the finish (e.g. HASL, ENIG, OSP) you specify.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any order shall not exceed the price paid for the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This does not affect any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to its systems, or interfere with its operation. Content on this site is provided for general information and may change without notice.
7. Governing law
